What we collect

When you make a Career Profile: your name, mobile number, what you do and your qualifications, registration details, experience, the cities you can work in, expected pay, notice period, email if you add it, and your CV if you upload one. When you apply for a job: the same details, or your name, mobile number, qualification, experience, city, current workplace and CV if you apply without a profile. When you ask for job alerts: your name, mobile number, job category and city. When a hospital posts a job: the hospital’s name, city and HR contact details.

Why we use it

We share your application with the hospital you applied to, for that job. If you agreed in your profile, verified hospitals on a paid plan may also see your profile when it matches their opening and message you on WhatsApp to invite you to apply. You choose this with the “Let verified hospitals find my profile” box and can turn it off any time. We use your number to confirm your application and, if you agreed, to send you new jobs on WhatsApp. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for 12 months so hospitals can contact you about the job, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any WhatsApp alert to stop alerts. To see, correct or delete your data, write to us from the contact details on this website and we will act within 30 days.

Safety

Medvyn never asks candidates for money for a job. If anyone asks you to pay in Medvyn’s name, do not pay and tell us.
